AgDevCo Ventures is looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their newly launched East Africa team, based in Nairobi. This is a rare opportunity to be among the first hires at an exciting new mezzanine debt vehicle, backed by AgDevCo’s 15+ years of agribusiness investing across Sub-Saharan Africa. The candidate will play a hands-on role across the full investment cycle — from origination and due diligence through to portfolio management — working with early-stage agri-SMEs across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Rwanda.

They are looking for someone with a strong investment background, ideally with venture debt or SME lending experience, who is passionate about the role that agriculture can play in driving economic development and food security across the region.
